Although we can assume that the bubble has ended in September 2022, the real estate market in some areas remains favorable for sellers. However, sellers will have to adjust to the reality of the market.
Looking ahead, I don't think we will see this type of situation any time soon, as the demographics of an almost non-existent baby boom cycle in recent years will not allow it.
What we may find in the years to come will be the competitiveness of the quality of the real estate. The site, the natural environment and certainly the living space and its interior and exterior. Tomorrow's buyers are yet to be discovered.
Will the interest rates for the purchase come back as in the 50s? This is a question that arises.
