Always demography !

It's time to be more introspective. Building with density rather than building detached homes is a reduction in quality of life and will not create the ease of moving forward with a life for families.
In one of my correspondences demographics is a factor that no one seems to pay attention to.
Putting the family back in the forefront is part of the solution and building high in onion rows is not a viable long-term solution demographically.
This lack of vision in Canada will surely have an impact on the future. Think about it !
